The Strainrite M-Stop Outrigger is a robust, cost-effective solution for on-farm biosecurity, specifically designed to meet MPI guidelines for Mycoplasma Bovis protection. This 1m (39") offset outrigger, constructed from 7mm galvanized spring steel with a durable Dura-Tip to eliminate wire wear, creates a 2m (79") buffer zone (1m on either side of a fence line), preventing livestock contact across fences. It features a high-strength shaft and is compatible with Strainrite Bayco Wire for strut bracing, which adapts to undulating ground and acts as an insulator to prevent arcing. The outrigger can be secured using 5mm Strainrite Crimps and staples or a cliplock wire strainer with a D-shackle for a no-knot option, simplifying installation.
