Featuring a 7mm (0.28") diameter galvanized spring steel “live-shaft” that remains electrified from the Dura-Top head to the bottom insulator, it prevents electrical shorts if conductors contact the shaft, ensuring consistent fence performance even in high-risk environments where conductors may be dislodged. The Dura-Top head reduces tangling and eliminates wear, enhancing durability and ease of handling, especially when used with a Pigtail Caddy for hands-free carrying. With an overall length of 1040mm (41") and an out-of-ground height of 850mm (33.5"), the post’s hot-dip galvanized pressed steel foot provides superior ground-holding strength, making installation quick and stable in various soil conditions.
